What Corus does

Corus is a job-search assistant for people working in IT. It finds open roles on company career pages, scores each one against your CV, prepares the application for the roles worth your time, and — when you ask it to — introduces you to the people hiring for them.

  • Finds roles at the source

Corus reads company career pages directly and keeps them current, so roles reach you without waiting for a job board to list them.

  • Scores every role against your CV

Upload your CV once. Corus builds a profile from it and gives each role a fit score with a plain account of what matches and what doesn't.

  • Prepares the application

Corus tailors your resume to the role and fills the employer's form. Submission runs in your own browser through the Corus extension, so nothing is sent without you.

  • Finds the people behind the role

For a role worth pursuing, Corus identifies the recruiter, hiring manager, or team, and helps you write to them personally from your own mailbox.

Corus is built for job seekers writing about their own candidacy. It is not a tool for agencies pitching candidates to companies, and it does not send bulk or identical cold campaigns.

Corus asks permission to send email from your Google account for one reason: so the introductions you approve leave from your own mailbox rather than ours. It never reads your inbox. Its use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, which our privacy policy sets out in full.
